KablanPro ("the App", "we", "us") is developed and maintained by Nikita Koniukh. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and how it is used. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information on our servers. All data you enter is stored exclusively on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple.

Data you may enter into the App includes:

• Project names, budgets, and statuses
• Expense records (category, amount, description, dates)
• Invoice details (amounts, due dates, payment status)
• Client information (name, email, phone, address, notes)
• Worker/labor information (name, pay rates, hours worked)
• Receipt images captured via the camera or photo library
• App preferences (language, currency, notification settings)

None of this data is transmitted to us or any third party.

iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

Camera & Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to scan invoices and receipts using the built-in OCR feature. Images are processed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework. No images are uploaded to any server.

You can revoke camera and photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings → KablanPro.

Notifications

The App uses local push notifications to remind you about:

• Upcoming invoice due dates
• Overdue invoices
• Project budget thresholds

All notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No notification content is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → KablanPro.

In-App Subscriptions (StoreKit 2)

KablanPro offers optional Pro subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) processed entirely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled by Apple.

For subscription management and cancellation, visit: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Tracking

Data Export

The App allows you to export your data as a JSON file or as a formatted project report via iOS Share Sheet. These exports are initiated solely by you and are not sent to us. You are responsible for how you handle exported files.

Children's Privacy

KablanPro is designed for use by adult construction contractors and business professionals. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework with standard iOS data protection. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode or biometric authentication.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
