This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Nikita Koniukh (“Licensor”) for the mobile application Simple Trip Planner (the “App”), available on iOS and Android.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable store terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / App Store terms, or Google Play Terms of Service).
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content provided by Licensor, remains the property of Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
You retain ownership of trip data, documents, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You are responsible for User Content and for having the rights to store and share it.
If you use optional sign-in and collaboration features, you understand that invited members may view and edit shared trip data.
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The App may use third-party services, including Apple frameworks (such as WeatherKit and on-device Vision), Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Google Firebase, OpenWeatherMap (Android weather), and Frankfurter exchange-rate data. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Travel plans, weather, budgets, currency conversions, ticket field extraction, and reminders are for convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or travel-related costs arising from your use of the App.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement end automatically if you fail to comply with it. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Licensor may suspend or discontinue the App or cloud features.

If you obtained the App from the App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Licensor only, not Apple. Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party intellectual property claims. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
If you obtained the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Licensor only, not Google. Licensor, not Google, is solely responsible for the App. Google has no obligation to provide support for the App. Google is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement only to the extent required by Google Play policies.
Licensor may update this Agreement. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are made.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply.
